How do I login to the cluster?

The cluster requires MFA and an Access Caltech account. If you do not have an Access Caltech account, your Division administrator can walk you through the process. Please note that as of now, the cluster does not support the use of SSH key auth and that you need to either be on the campus network or logged into Caltech's VPN service to connect

Information Security can help you with setting up MFA for the cluster:

NOTE  - The login nodes are for compiling software and submitting jobs.  You should not be running compute intensive processes on the login nodes as this affects everyone.  All jobs should be submitted to the queue.
